How do we need to feel when we get praised by someone ?

 When we get praised by someone for some of the activities we do, we generally will be overwhelmed with joy and happiness thinking that we deserve it and we are getting that appreciation due to the extraordinary talent we have.

But as per the knowledge we gained from Krishna Consciousness, that is not the correct way to deal with these kinds of praises and appreciations

So, we need not become proud at any point in time, life itself is temporary, what to speak of things we possess

Pride is dangerous, if we become proud, we stop appreciating people who are worthy of appreciation

How do we sense if we have pride or not, if there is some good quality in someone and we are not able to sense it, then pride is there, and more pride is there when we stunningly see some extraordinary quality and our heart is not ready to appreciate. If we are not able to see that quality its ignorance, if we can see it and don't want to appreciate it, then it is more dangerous

One is an ignorant position and the other is a dangerous position 

That is the reason, Jewel on Cobro is more dangerous, Cobro by itself is dangerous, and Jewel on it doesn't make it qualified. People come to it for Jewel and it bites. So that is why people who are in a highly privileged position can do more damage to society than they can do great service

So don't earn for a privileged position, if it comes by its own accord, accept it, that is what the lesson, we need to learn
